"Whenever I need to talk to Ana Orozco (my supposed main agent) to discuss my policy since my insurance keeps increasing every three months, which I personally don't believe is legal. The agents tell me that she is not in the office, that she is traveling, that she is busy, that she will return my call, blah, blah, blah, apparently Ana Orozco does not exist. It is incredible that things as important as helping a client solve a problem, she does not take a few minutes to show true interest (I think she is selective with her clients) I personally and based on my experience with her, do not recommend her. Advice to State Farm agents; Clients are helped, not hidden from them. It is a shame for me to be begging for a little real help. I hope that one day Ana Orozco will finally take the time to truly help me and in the process I will get to know her."
